Terms of Service

You need to be at least 16 and give a real email address. Keep your password safe: you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.

You keep all rights to what you give us (links, screenshots, logos, briefs) and to the videos LaunchDemo makes for you. You can use your videos anywhere, commercially included.

You give us permission to process your content only to run the service for you: capture your link, write the script, make the voiceover, render and store the video.

You confirm you have the right to use what you give us, and that the site you link is yours or one you may promote.

• Videos for illegal products, scams, malware, hate, harassment or adult content.
• Content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or privacy, or that pretends to be another company.
• Abusing the service: getting around plan limits, making many accounts for free videos, scraping, or overloading our systems.

Scripts and voiceovers are written by AI from your site and may contain mistakes. Check every video before you publish it: you're responsible for what it says about your product.

The Free plan includes a monthly number of videos and adds a watermark. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews until you cancel. Top-ups are one-time purchases that last 12 months. Current limits and prices are on the pricing section.

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and sells the subscription to you. Its terms apply to the payment itself. You can cancel any time from the Plans page; Pro then lasts until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We may change prices or limits. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do.

You can delete your account any time from the Plans page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

We work hard to keep LaunchDemo running and your videos safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Keep copies of videos that matter to you.

To the extent the law allows, LaunchDemo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you before it applies. Using LaunchDemo after that means you accept the new terms.
