Privacy Policy

• Your account: name, email address and a hashed password. We never see or store your password itself.
• What you give us to make videos: the links you paste, briefs, screenshots and logos you upload, brand kits, and the edits and AI requests you make.
• What we make for you: the scripts, voiceovers, videos and exports, plus the public text and screenshots we capture from the link you gave us.
• Review notes: notes left on a review link, with the name the writer gave.
• Billing: your plan, video balance and payment history. Card details go to our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, used to keep the service secure, stop abuse and fix problems.

We use a small set of providers, each only for its part:

• Cloudflare hosts the app, database and media, captures the pages you link, renders videos and speaks voiceovers.
• Anthropic writes scripts and AI edits from your link's content, brief and requests. Anthropic does not train its models on this data.
• Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. It takes payments, handles tax and keeps billing records under its own privacy policy.

Your films are private to your account. Each film has a review link with a long, unguessable address: anyone you share it with can watch the film, and leave notes while you keep feedback on. Review links are hidden from search engines.

• Films and their media stay until you delete them.
• Images uploaded but never used in a film are removed after 24 hours.
• Usage counters behind plan limits are kept for 31 days.
• When you delete a film or your account, its media is removed from storage within a few hours. Backups age out within 30 days.
• Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires, by us and by Dodo Payments.

You can delete any film from your Films page, and your whole account from the Plans page. Deleting your account cancels a Pro subscription and removes your films, exports, brand kits and notes.

Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK and California) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@launchdemo.app and we'll answer within 30 days.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

LaunchDemo is not for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users before it applies.
